You will be introduced to the strategic features and complex intercultural issues of the global business environments.
You will gain an understanding of major trends in international business with a particular focus on globalisation and the factors influencing international investment, trade and marketing entry strategies.
The module aims at developing your capacity to critically evaluate ideas about the internationalisation processes of business, and an awareness of the intercultural challenges of implementing international business strategies.
Intercultural skills relevant to managing these challenges will be introduced and applied to a number of case studies and a joined group project.
