The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this online application form for the purposes of processing your application, payment and attendance on the EGC Programme Course and contacting you with relevant information in relation to the programme and any other further courses, news and events about the University, if you have ticked the relevant box above.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract or consent, which is obtained through your submission of this online form.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick except Liberty Park Living who only process your personal data for the purposes of providing accommodation.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of two years after the EGC Course 2019 has taken place unless you indicated above that you wish to receive information about other courses, news and events about the University.
