Karen is an ex Headteacher of a federated inner city Infant and Nursery School. With over 39 years of experience of working in schools in a wide variety of roles. These range from class teacher, subject leader, SENCO, Deputy Head, mentor and consultant for other Headteachers.

Karen has taught children as young as three up to mature students accessing education in their later years.

Karen works with CTE School Direct trainees as a Moderation Link Tutor.

She is passionate about teaching and learning and is committed in supporting trainees to become outstanding teachers, ensuring that all children receive the excellent education they deserve.
