Wendy is the Drama Subject Lead on the PGCE Secondary at CTE. As a Teaching Fellow, she is responsible for planning and delivering the subject specific content, as well as educational pedagogy for the whole cohort. She also marks and assesses content for the course including Masters level essays, presentations, and assignments. Wendy also provides pastoral support to trainees and is a personal tutor.
Wendy has over 20 years of teaching and management experience in Schools and Colleges. She has been the Artistic Director for two of her own Theatre Companies, producing physical theatre and ensemble work with a social and political perspective. Wendy is currently writing her Doctorate on Physical Theatre practices within the 16-19 educational context.
