Key Responsibilites:
As the Student Services Manager, Jenni line manages the Student Services team and day-to-day operations to ensure support is provided for all course/programme management activities consistently and to the highest levels of customer service.

Jenni provides specialist advice and guidance to support quality assurance and related processes and ensures that departmental, University and external procedures and regulations are adhered to. She liaises closely with schools for the support of school-based programme administrative management activities

The primary areas that Jenni’s work focusses on are:

  • Ensuring that through having an excellent student experience, CTE graduates become (or continue to be) excellent teachers
  • Ensuring strong, successful relationships with schools as our partners in Teacher Education, providing specific support related to admissions and school-based programme administration management activities.
