Continuing Professional Development, Training Needs and Scholarly Leave

Following completion of your annual Personal Development Review, (covering the period 18/19), please answer the following questions related to the next academic year. Please include all plans on one submission. SLT will consider all requests during the first half of the Autumn term and your line manager will feedback to you during your October 1-2-1 meeting. However, if there is additional CPD, training or SL requirements which occur during the year, please discuss with your line manager during your monthly 1-2-1 meetings; an additional form will then be submitted to be reviewed by SLT. The Centre is collating this information to understand how Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training and SL is supporting CTE colleagues’ in your roles and how this activity contributes to the Centre achieving our strategic priorities. - The first part of the form is related to your CPD and Training needs - The second part of the form is related to your Scholarly Leave plans Both aspects are offered to PSS and academic/teaching colleagues. /!\ You can specify "N/A" in the section where you don't intend to apply.
