On 16th November 2022 the Financial Times published an interactive "explainer" using research conducted by CAGE Theme Leaders Thiemo Fetzer and Ludovica Gazze with Menna Bishop.

The article illustrates the untapped potential for the UK to make major gains in the energy efficiency of its housing stock through retrofitting. Measures which would ease the "cost of living crisis" facing households and reduce pressures on the public budget from subsidies like the Energy Price guarantee.
