PEUK 10

The PEUK10 meeting will be held at Scarman House, University of Warwick, 27th-28th May, 2010

Travel arrangements

For those of you who have not visited the university before, although we are called the University of Warwick our nearest town is in fact Coventry (not Warwick!) and you should buy your train/bus tickets to Coventry. The University is about 3 miles from Coventry (about 10 minutes in a taxi). The bus from heathrow airport to Coventry takes about 2 hours. Times of buses can be found at the national bus site

Accommodation

If you have asked for overnight accommodation we have booked you into Scarman House for the night of Thursday the 27th May. Scarman House is one of the conference hotels on the Warwick campus site and is located opposite the main entrance to the University Campus. Rooms will be available for check-in from 3pm on Thursday and all PEUK sessions and meals are held within Scarman House.

Programme

All the papers will be uploaded here. Hard copies will not be available on the day.

Presentations

There will be an overhead projector and a laptop for your use. Each slot is 40 minutes long. This timing includes general discussion and questions so speakers should aim to talk for about 30 minutes.

Expenses

Speakers' expenses will be fully reimbursed (Economy fares). Other participants will receive a maximum of £50 towards travel expenses.
