The project’s purpose is to implement a regular, short-term anticipatory system (STAS) to augment and complement the existing suite of skills anticipation tools in Europe.

In doing so, Cedefop will be better equipped to capture the ever-changing world of work and provide a sound analysis of labour market trends and skills needs in the EU
