There are lots of exciting events happening within the Law School. Plus there are many other University and external events which may be of interest. We have therefore collated them all into one central calendar to help you choose which you would like to attend.
FCA Disability & Neurodiversity Insight Day: Explore purpose led careers
This event offers a supportive environment where you can learn about our impact in the Financial Services industry, meet the people who shape our inclusive culture, and build the confidence and skills to take your next step.
What will the insight day offer:
- Explore careers at the FCA
- Hear directly from FCA professionals
- Learn how to positively position your disability
- Take part in an empowerment session
- Engage with FCA disability and neurodiversity network
- Build practical recruitment skills
This event is open to 1st and 2nd years, on track for a 2:1 (if known at this stage), who are exploring roles in finance, data, change management, economics with a declared or known disability* or neurodiverse condition.
This event is free to attend; and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
*Disability includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as visual and hearing impairments, mobility impairments, autism, diabetes, epilepsy, dyslexia, dyspraxia, mental health conditions, speech impairments and major illnesses such as cancer and MS.
