The deadline for the submissions is Monday 19 January 2015.
The 2015 Socio-Legal Studies Association annual conference is taking place at the University of Warwick between 31 March and 2 April.
As co-covenors of the Environmental Justice stream, we invite contributions on the theme of 'Corporate Power and Environmental In/Justice'.
Contributions might, for example, cover the materialities of neoliberal economics, including the notion of the green economy in the context of sustainable development and poverty reduction, and attempts to use tort law to limit corporate power, or examine the tilted nature of the global legal order, including the ideological foundations of international environmental law and the relationship between eco-destruction and corporate transnational power etc - or, climate injustice and related themes.
The theme is supported by the Global Network on Human Rights and the Environment (GNHRE) (www.gnhre.org).
