BA Law with Social Sciences

Structure of the BA Degree Programme

You will be expected to take 120 CATS each academic year. These are usually taught by two hours of lectures per week and approximately seven seminars each term in each subject. Assessment is usually by a combination of class tests, essays written during the year and an exam in each subject at the end of the academic year. For all Warwick law degrees the first year is a qualifying year in which a pass/fail mark is awarded. The 2nd year and 3rd year (and optional 4th year) all count towards the final degree classification.

Please note that the Law with Social Sciences degree can be gained as a qualifying law degree on either the three year or four year variant.

Optional Modules

Optional modules are available from the following departments:

NB Certain pre-requisites may need to be satisfied for registration on particular modules.
