Benefits to students, academics and employers
Employment experiences offer valuable benefits to the employers hosting a student in their organisation. For example, at Warwick, our student population includes around 30% International students, who can bring diversity and a global perspective to your business.
In addition, employment experiences offer students a valuable insight into the world of work and help prepare them to make career choices or prepare for the transition to employment. Connecting with WLS can bring benefits to all involved.
Hear from those who have already been involved to find out why it is worth it...
"We worked with a fantastic Warwick student who was funded by the University. They helped us proof-read our customer-facing documents and arrange mediation meetings. In return, the student observed mediations, developed transferrable skills and professionalism. It was a win-win situation for us both."
"Working with Warwick University has been an invaluable experience. The legal intern we've taken on has seamlessly become a part of our team, and we are excited about fostering this relationship. We look forward to continuing to welcome students for placements and work experience, keeping them in mind for future vacancies. The collaboration with Warwick has been smooth, accommodating, and highly responsive."
