By the end of this session you will be able to: Recognise what recruiters are looking for; Prepare and research effectively for your interview; Identify different type interview questions and possible approaches and create a good impression.

This workshop will cover what disability is defined as and what adjustments can be made to enable people with disability to engage in the recruitment process. Looking at how to approach the decisions around being open or not with employers about disability and how you can to give you the best chance of success.

Following on from the WIHEA Symposium 'Restorative Justice in Higher Education' on 22 April 2021 which looks at the higher education context generally, this webinar with Dr Amanda Wilson is an opportunity for staff and students at Warwick to explore how restorative justice (RJ) practices may fit within our practices, for example, in teaching or dealing with disagreement or discipline (such as plagiarism).

The event will focus on how both Matt and Emily secured their own success in a challenging market - Matt Tomlinson, as a trainee looking to qualify and Emily, as a junior lawyer in the city. The talk will motivate and encourage attendees to consider opportunities.
