CONFERENCE DETAILS

Registration - the deadline for registration has now passed.

Please note that the ALSP joining fee of £30 is due on the first day of the conference.

 

When you arrive at the university you should head to the Rootes Building. There will be someone present to register you. (Also see top left for Campus Map.)

The conference will start on Monday at 12noon. Lunch will be the first event. This will occur in the Rootes Building (see top left for Campus Map). The first plenary will commence at 12:50pm in 0.21 in the Social Science Building. See panel schedule for more details (top left).

 

Format

The format of the conference will be as follows: panel sessions of 1.5 hours; each panel will have 2 or 3 speakers (no more than 3 and most will have 2 speakers). There will be a separate chair. Each speaker should aim to speak for about 20 minutes and no more than 25 minutes. There will be discussion after each paper; this is so that each paper receives similar length discussion.

Accommodation

The University of Warwick is a campus university and conference accommodation is on campus. Accommodation is a 5 minute walk from where the conference is being held.
