London-Warwick Graduate Mind Forum

The London-Warwick Graduate Mind Forum aims to forge and maintain a cross-institutional research community for graduate students working in the philosophy of mind, broadly construed. Currently, the network consists of students in the philosophy departments of the University of Warwick, King's College London, and University College London.

Each term we will hold a research day, where students from each department will present their work for commentary and discussion.

For further information see our blog, check out the details of our previous sessions, or contact the Warwick-based graduate organiser: Giulia Martina G dot Martina at warwick dot ac dot uk

Next Meeting

The next Mind Forum meeting will take place at King's College London on Monday 6th November. If you are interested in presenting, we are now accepting abstracts on any topic in the philosophy of mind, broadly construed.
Abstracts should be maximum 300 words long and should be anonymised. A full paper suitable for presentation in around 30 minutes will be requested in case your abstract is accepted and will be sent to your respondent in advance. The deadline for submission is Sunday 22nd October. Please send an email with your name and the title of the paper to Giulia at G.Martina@warwick.ac.uk with the subject line "Mind Forum submission" and attach your anonymised abstract.

A call for respondents will be circulated once we know which papers will be presented. But if you think you are potentially interested in responding, you can already let Giulia know.

For some idea of the wide range of topics discussed, see our previous sessions, and for any more information, simply email Giulia!
