In order to ensure the safety of our staff and student visitors the maximum capacity of Sociology Reception office is limited to one office staff member and one visitor at a time (1+1).
The main door to the space, and windows, will be kept open during office opening hours (09:00-12:00 & 13:00-16:00) to ensure proper ventilation.
Perspex barriers and floor stickers have been installed by the main entrance so that visitors can wait at a safe distance.
To minimize queuing, all face-to-face meetings with staff in this office are now arranged by appointment only.
PGR appointments are available on a Tuesday (Room E0.04) and Friday (Sociology Reception E0.06). UG and PGT related face-to-face appointments are available from Monday - Thursday.
You can make an appointment at: https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/soc/sociology/current/bookings
If you have not made an appointment but need to speak with someone urgently you can arrange a ‘drop-in’ appointment with colleagues virtually via Microsoft Teams. You can find contact details and information on how to call at https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/soc/sociology/current/bookings/dropin
Any students who have booked face-to-face appointments should come alone. Please refer to IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES for further information before your visit.
