I was doctoral researcher within the Department of Sociology at the University of Warwick between 2008-2011. Therefore much of the content of this eportfolio relates to my time at Warwick, where I carried out my doctoral research looking at disability and sexuality. More details can be found on my research page; please take the time to have a look around my eportfolio to find out more!

Since obtaining a First Class Degree with Honours in Sociology from Birmingham City University, I moved on to gain a 1+3 studentship via the National Competiton route from the Economic and Social Science Research Council (ESRC). This has enabled me to complete my Masters in Social Research at the University of Warwick, for which I gained a Distinction, and has provided me with the opportunity to continue studying for a PhD in Sociology.
