Delhi Warwick Summer School

Experience excellent Warwick teaching in the heart of New Delhi. The Summer School, which has now been running for five years will be taught and led by Professor Abhinay Muthoo, Professor of Economics in the Warwick University Economics Department and former Head of the Department of Economics. Students will enjoy the state-of-the-art facilities of The British School in the heart of New Delhi.

The 2020 Delhi Warwick Summer School has unfortunately been cancelled due to the Covid19 outbreak. We will be back in 2021, dates to be announced (usually end June, start of July).

Summer School students will study our unique course Introduction to Economics with Finance. The teaching will be delivered and led by Professor Muthoo from The University of Warwick.

Professor Abhinay Muthoo

abhinay_muthoo.jpgProfessor of Economics and the former Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick, Abhinay’s research interests include conflict and negotiation, international development and public policy.

Delhi Warwick Summer School is a unique collaboration between The University of Warwick and The British School, New Delhi supported by colleagues from University Options.

The British School in New Delhi was established in 1963 and is based in the heart of the diplomatic area in Chanakyapuri. It is home to a rich cultural mix of 1200 students from 65 nationalities and offers exceptionally high academic standards and new state-of-the-art facilities alongside a respect for Indian tradition and culture. It is the perfect place to experience top quality teaching from a top British university.

The first Delhi Warwick Summer School took place in 2015 as a result of collaboration between academics from Warwick University, staff from the British School and colleagues from the University Options team.
