Knowledge Management Masterclass: Exploring ISO 30401

This one-day interactive masterclass will take a deep dive into the KM Chef's Canvas and 'Chef's Specials' highlighting examples of good and innovative KM practices*. The masterclass is to be conducted by Paul Corney according to the 'Chatham House Rule' and will be highly interactive.

Paul will be joined by Sara Traynor, an Executive Coach and previously Director of Knowledge & Learning at a professional services firm. Sara, a certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator, will facilitate the consolidation session.
