At the summer workshop we started to explore 'The People side of the Innovative Organisation' which included an interactive mixture of case studies, collaborative exercises and table discussions looking at the skills, competencies and development of employees.
The Winter workshop continues this theme, exploring the working practices, behaviours and daily activities that contribute to creating an Innovative culture, through a range of KIN Member case studies and External Subject Matter Expert presentations.
To reflect changing priorities and member focus, the title 'Knowledge and Innovation Network' is changing to 'The Innovation Network'. You may have already noticed subtle changes to the KIN Memberspace and in the topics being covered in our forthcoming calendar of events. The official change coincided with the KIN Spring Workshop on 22nd March 'Reimagining the Innovative Organisation' held at Warwick Business School's facilities at The Shard, London. All KIN Key Contacts were consulted throughout.
