KIN Summer Workshop 2018 - The People side of the Innovative Organisation on 12th - 13th June 2018
The reason innovations fail is never about the technology - innovations fail because of people! Those people who might need to adopt a new idea, process or technology who may not be sold on it, might be afraid of it, or might feel threatened by the change as they do not have the skills or knowledge to be able to deal with it. These may be kinds of people who long for yesterday not tomorrow, people who will need support, guidance and reasons to change...
At our summer workshop we will start with our traditional summer networking BBQ, followed by an interactive mixture of case studies, collaborative exercises and table discussions exploring the 'People side of the Innovative organisation'.
A variety of KIN member organisations and Organisational Learning specialists will share their insights; exploring the people, knowledge, skills, capabilities & attitudes required to ensure that individuals are supported, incentivised, managed and developed in order to keep up with the rapid rate of change and increasing demands of the Innovative organisation.
