The first afternoon we will meet at the Severn Trent water Operational Centre in Coventry City Centre, where we will meet the call centre staff who have been trialing the 'Clever Nelly' App. We will find out first hand what difference this has made to their levels of engagement & learning and the impact this is having on their skills development and ultimately Call Centre Customer satisfaction.
