The first afternoon we will meet at the Severn Trent water Operational Centre in Coventry City Centre, where we will meet the call centre staff who have been trialing the 'Clever Nelly' App. We will find out first hand what difference this has made to their levels of engagement & learning and the impact this is having on their skills development and ultimately Call Centre Customer satisfaction. Day two will be a mixture of presentations and interactive sessions, giving everyone the opportunity to understand how KIN Members and other Organisations are fostering Innovative Cultures, through a wide range of engaging Learning Strategies, Innovative Engagement Processes, Tools,Technologies and Techniques. We will wrap up the event looking at the latest IKON Research, which examined 'The Evolution of Knowledge Management Practices' and the impact that this has had on the format and structure of the KIN Network, including our '4 Generations of Knowledge Sharing' framework.
