• Leave a reasonable gap between bookings to allow for delays in returning equipment. Conversely ensure you return the equipment promptly to avoid inconvenience to other users.
• Ensure you book the equipment for every day for which it is required.
• Click here to see instructions on making reservations from WBS Helpdesk as they have similar systems to ours. Please ignore the first 2 bullet points from the instructions from WBS Helpdesk as they are relevant to WBS Helpdesk bookings only.
• Privacy notice: Data captured here will be used by WBS Finance Group and WBS Accounting Group support staff for the sole purpose of managing the loan of equipment.
