Our new eBook 'Pushing Customer Experience Boundaries: Customer Engagement and Human Experience' has just been published in collaboration with one of our MiS partners, Hyve.
The eBook is a collaborative collection of insights from CX & Marketing experts looking at why a human experience is at the centre of great customer engagement. I’m very proud to be part of this project on behalf of the Marketing Insight Series (MiS) and Warwick Business School.
