Profile (biography)

Demetris Hadjimichael is an Assistant Professor in the Organization and Human Resource Management (OHRM) group at the Warwick Business School. He undertook his PhD at the Warwick Business School with funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). He also holds a BA in Public and Business Administration from the University of Cyprus and a MSc in Managerial Psychology from the University of Manchester. His research centres around understanding how organisational improvisation, knowledge, emotions and sociomateriality enable work, by utilising phenomenology, process and practice theories, as well as qualitative research techniques
