The username you use to sign in depends upon your affiliation with the University.
Your IT Services username
Your IT services username is either:
- Your University ID with a lowercase u at the front. For example, u1234567.
- Five or six letters, such as cusxyz.

We can reset your password or tell you your username. You'll need to know your University ID. This is a seven-digit number quoted in correspondence from the University or on the front of your Warwick University card, if you have one:

If you have a warwickgrad.net account, you can sign in using your warwickgrad.net email address and password. For example, g.blogs@warwickgrad.net.
