How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Staff Choir
Ensemble Room, Music Centre, Warwick Arts Centre

All Warwick staff are welcome to come along and join us for a good old sing song every Thursday lunchtime. It’s a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a good opportunity to leave the work behind for 45 minutes, meet new people and have fun. Everyone, regardless of singing ability/experience, is welcome. We sing a variety of music and will tailor the choices to the choir's preferences, the option to have sheet music is there but not a necessity at all. We would love to see you there!

Breaking Barriers: The Impact of Co-Leadership on Gender Equality in Leadership Participation

Efforts to increase female representation in leadership positions have seen limited success. Studies indicate that beyond structural barriers, a gender gap exists in the willingness to lead. We suggest responsibility aversion as a factor in women's lower willingness to lead and propose co-leadership as a solution. Our research, involving three experiments with 2,700 participants and data from 6,774 US companies, shows women are more willing to lead in co-leadership roles due to shared responsibility reducing psychological costs. Additionally, co-leadership attracts leaders with lower competitiveness and dark personality traits, offering a potential solution to promote diversity in leadership.
