How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

WIHEA Project Showcase & Networking Event

WIHEA are pleased to announce the details of our upcoming Project Showcase & Networking event and welcome staff and students from the learning and teaching community at Warwick and other HEI’s to join us.

The event will include presentations, videos and podcasts from the project teams, all aimed at sharing the innovative and exciting outputs and student/staff co-creation experiences these projects have achieved to date.  There will be an opportunity to express your interest in finding out more about the projects and you can ask questions either during the short Q&A sessions or by posting them into the online chat at end of the event.

Design for Flexible and Online Learning - ABC Mini Sprint
Online

In this session we will be using the ABC ‘Sprint’ model of design based on Professor Diana Laurillard’s ‘Conversational Framework’ This model will help to structure thoughts and discussions around design in the Technology Enhanced Active Learning Space.

In this session we will:

  • Explain what is meant by the ABC ‘Sprint’ model
  • Apply the different learning types
  • Consider a range of activities to support the learning aims.

This session will be especially useful for anyone who is planning to deliver online and blended learning. This may be to enhance and develop the configuration of existing content or plan for new delivery. The concepts, ideas and examples will be useful whether you are planning a few sessions or a whole module.
