This presentation reviews and integrates emerging research and ideas about the role of language and discourse - narratives, stories, metaphors, and conversations - as critical variables in meaning making and choice related to strategic organizational change. How discursively mediated experiences can transform social reality, influence organizational behaviour, and shape mindsets will be address in theory and in practice.
This presentation will feature Professor Robert Marshak and is also open to Doctoral Students.
