Vauxhall Gardens - Celebrated Place of Amusement

This event has now been cancelled.

Friday 15th February 2008, 10:00-16:00, H5.45, Humanities Building, Central Campus

From the building of Fulke's Hall, c. 1220, until their closure in 1859, the Vauxhall Gardens were a source of pleasure for all social classes. The gardens were loved by famous artists, authors and musicians, who have left much for us to enjoy.

In this dayschool, using slides and music, the gardens will be brought back to life.

Course Fee: £27.00 - Places must be Booked Online
