The University's new Risk Management and Opportunities Identification Policy and Procedure was approved by the University Council at their first meeting this academic year. While the new Policy highlights the roles of specific individuals within the University, it is important for all staff to understand the University's approach to risk management and the role that they have within the process. It is hoped that our RM processes will be embedded within the work that we do and will highlight good practice in management and decision-making.
