Staff mobile phone issues

IT Services are aware of the issues on campus with staff mobile phones. We've been in touch with the network operator Vodafone, but we can't yet say when the problems will be fixed.

In the meantime you can work around the problem by setting your phone to 2G only instead of 3G. This may slow down your phone's internet connection, but should fix any problems you're having receiving calls and texts.

We'll post an update when Vodafone have fixed the problem.

How to set your phone to 2G only
