Phishing email warning

A fake email, asking for your Warwick username and password has been sent to some University email accounts.

The email is not genuine, and you should not reply to it or follow any links in it. It is an attempt to capture your personal data. IT Services will never ask you to submit your account details online.

Welcome to University of Warwick Technical Assistance Team!!!

University of Warwick Internet Account users,

This email is from University of Warwick webmail customer service and we are sending it to every User Accounts Owner for safety, We are having congestions due to the fraudulent e-mails to accounts owners so we are shutting down some accounts and your account was among those that was detected. We are sending you this email so that you can verify and let us know if you still want to use this account.
