Wellbeing team moves to Senate House

Wellbeing Support Services has moved to the ground floor of Senate House, bringing together our student-facing Wellbeing, Disability, Counselling and Psychology teams.

If you’re worried about a student, you can talk to the team about any practical, emotional or psychological concerns you may have. They can also discuss potential referrals to appropriate support services. To contact them, phone 024 7657 5570.

If students would like to access the service they should visit the Wellbeing portal - https://wellbeing.warwick.ac.uk. The team will aim to see them within 48 hours, responding quickly with a brief consultation to help identify needs (available Monday to Friday: 10am – 3pm. A student in need of support outside of these hours should contact campus security on their 24 hour hotline: 024 7652 2083.

Staff can access support for their own wellbeing through Warwick's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The EAP is a confidential employee benefit designed to help you deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life or work life, health and general wellbeing. Our EAP service is delivered by an organisation called Health Assured, and provides a complete support network that offers expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7, covering a wide range of issues.
