Palazzo rental costs

The booking of the Palazzo to external organisations includes

  • Meeting room hire
  • IT and AV Equipment
  • Unlimited refreshments
  • WIFI and/or internet access
  • Dedicated conference assistance

We try to be as flexible as possible with leasing the Palazzo's facilities to external organisations, especially for periods of over one week. For availability of facilities and to discuss your requirements and a quote for the facility, please contact Chiara Croff, Venice Administrator.

Supplementary charges include, but are not limited to

  • Photocopying and printing
  • Refreshments for evening receptions
  • Outside catering for lunch/dinner
  • Facility and staff costs for events outside of 09.00 - 18.00. Evening hire rates are available upon request.
  • Courier charges
