Global Education: Universities in the 21st Century, 4 to 6 July, 2006, University of Warwick, United Kingdom

An international platform for discussion and debate on some of the most challenging issues facing universities across the world.

Four streams allowing participants to:

  • explore the internationalisation of higher education through the demands placed on leadership and management.
  • understand the development of enterprise and innovation in universities.
  • examine the changing relationship between universities and their students.
  • experience a wide-ranging and diverse Research Festival.

Key note speakers include Professor Georges Haddad, Director of the Division of Higher Education, UNESCO; Gina Poole, Vice President, Innovation and University Relations, IBM; Professor Mosa Al-Mosawe, President, Baghdad University.
