The Department of German Studies Writer in Residence for 2008 is the renowned poet Jose F. A. Oliver, former winner of the Culture Prize of Baden-Wuerttemberg and of the Adelbert von Chamisso Prize. He will be giving a lyrical-musical performance of his work in German on Tuesday 11 March 2008.
