In Cracker Valley, USA, they'll stop at nothing to be famous. A grotesque chorus of spying neighbours set their hearts on winning the Annual Water Conservation Competition, but their water-scrimping is foiled by their strange neighbour Ben and his secret indulgence of soaking in the bathtub. The more Ben withdraws into his aquatic fantasy world, the more he becomes an obstacle to be removed at all costs.
