Do you like chocolate? Would like to find out why you like chocolate? Then you should strongly consider attending the free public lecture to be given at the University by Cadbury’s Chocolate Scientist Mike Polgreen. Mike will be examining chocolate issues such as what makes a good chocolate product, what techniques are used to maintain its stability and to enhance its flavour, and why chocolate is such a desired product.
The lecture 'The Science and Chemistry of Chocolate' is part of the very successful Royal Society of Chemistry Lectures series being hosted by the University of Warwick’s Chemistry Department.
So, why not get pick-up some expert chocolate tips before dashing out to stock-up on your Christmas chocolate goodies?
See Mike’s free public lecture at the University of Warwick on Thursday 11 November at 4.00pm in the main Physics Lecture Theatre (PLT).
