WORKING AT WARWICK LUNCHES 2004/05 - 40th Anniversary

The University will be celebrating its 40th Anniversary in 2005. We received our Royal Charter of Incorporation and took in our very first cohort of undergraduate students in 1965.

A group, led by Professor Susan Bassnett, with Claudie Combelas as Projects Officer, is leading the planning for the 40th Anniversary celebrations. A whole programme of events will take place during the year to commemorate our achievements past and present and to highlight the University's future vision. If you would like to hear what is being planned or if you have any ideas on how you would like to participate, please come along and Claudie will discuss present plans and lead a discussion on your views about this important Anniversary.
