The Case for Women's Enterprise Workshop

Workshop: Case for Women's Enterprise Workshop

Date: Friday 9 December 2005

Time: 09:00-16:30

Venue: Scarman House

The Case for Women's Enterprise workshops have been developed by DTI, Prowess and Esteem Ltd to provide practical guidance for improving the quality of business support provision to women.

North West Development Agency and Mercia Institute of Enterprise have been running these workshops that are aimed at mainstream business support providers (particularly Advisors) with an interest in providing targeted services to women in business. There are 8 elements in the toolkit and these are all covered in the workshop. On completion of the workshop, participants will receive their own copy of the Toolkit to assist in their on-going work with female entrepreneurs.

The workshops are free of charge therefore places will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. There are a limited number of places available on the workshops therefore it is limited to two people per University - a prompt reply is advised to avoid disappointment.
