Speakers at the Summit included the Lord Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, Rt. Hon. Dr Vince Cable MP, Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) and Professor Lord Robert Skidelsky, former Chairman of the Social Market Foundation. Guests came from around the world to discuss the future of the higher education sector and to present a Declaration to the G8 summit ahead of its meeting at Lough Erne in Northern Ireland.
