Fifteen students from University of Warwick have celebrated their success at the Diamond Jubilee Scholarships Ceremony in London.
The University was highly commended at this year's Green Gown Awards, thanks to the work of the student engineering society 'Engineers Without Borders', supported, and partially funded, by Estates Office staff. The team designed, constructed, and installed a 1kW wind turbine, and connected it to the grid so that it could help power a maintenance building, reducing Warwick's carbon emissions.
