The Times Higher Education’s (THE) World University Rankings 2022 has today, 2^nd September, named the University of Warwick as one of the UK’s top 10 and the world’s top 80 universities.

Placed 9^th in the UK and 78^th in the world by THE, the news follows soon after the 2021 National Student Survey (NSS) placed Warwick third in the Russell Group, and 13^th in the UK, for Overall Satisfaction and the 2022 QS World University Rankings seeing Warwick rise to 61^st.

Commenting on the THE’s World University Rankings 2022 the University of Warwick’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Stuart Croft, said:

“I am delighted that the tireless dedication of the Warwick community over the last year has been globally recognised. During a time of uncertainty in the world, our community has continued to deliver world-class teaching, support our city during its year as UK City of Culture, undertake vital research to tackle the challenges that face us all, amongst many other things.
