The Behaviour Spotlight has supported four engaging DR@W Forum seminars this term. The seminars covered a variety of timely topics, including the influence of childhood social environments on adult preferences, and the impact of co-leadership on gender equality in leadership roles. Speakers from leading institutions such as Oxford, King’s College London, and the Max Planck Institute shared their expertise on behavioural science and decision-making.

Looking ahead, the Behaviour Spotlight will continue to support DR@W seminars in Terms 2 and 3, furthering interdisciplinary collaboration and research at Warwick.

Founded in 2010, Decision Research at Warwick (DR@W)Link opens in a new window is an interdisciplinary initiative which focuses on behavioural and experimental research of decision making. Through the Behaviour Spotlight, DR@W aims to broaden participation, inviting researchers from all faculties with an interest in behavioural research to engage in these discussions.
