Technician Commitment Summer 2025 Event

Technician Commitment Update and Awards - 25th June 2025

2 - 4pm - Physics Lecture Theatre (PLT) and Science Concourse

We are excited to announce our Technician Commitment Update event on 25th June. This includes the announcement of the Warwick Technician Commitment Award for Outstanding Achievement Awardees. You will hear from technicians from across campus and have a chance to input to our Technician Commitment.
Whilst we can't provide refreshments due to budgetary constraints, we thought this could be an opportunity for our technical staff to showcase their baking skills (or tasting skills....) and so we will host our first Great Technician Bake Off!
We are expecting at least one cake entry per department and welcome you to bring in your creations. We would like entrees to display ingredients/allergens but you don't have to disclose your secret recipes! Due to the home baked nature, eating is at individuals own risk (not a comment on expected quality of bakes!). Judges will have final say on the winners.
