If you contact us by phone and would like specific personal information, such as the status of your bursary or hardship payments, we will ask you to email the office from your Warwick email account or other account registered on your student record, with a telephone number to call you back on. This is to ensure that your personal information is protected.
If you prefer, you can email us from your Warwick or other registered email account in the first instance and we can respond by email.
