The following documents can be submitted using the webform found on the below link:

  • Taught postgraduate/ Undergraduate DRLs
  • Chair’s Action DRLs

Minutes of Exam boards are not required, unless requested.

Please submit documents through the Microsoft Online Form, and set the filename beginning with your Department name and level of study. If the DRL is for an individual student, please include their ID, if there is multiple students then please include 'batch'.

E.g. 'Chemistry PGT DRL 2113110' or 'Chemistry UG DRL Batch'
