What are the Steering Committee dates?

Please follow the link to the Steering Committee pages, where dates for the current academic year can be found:

https://warwick.ac.uk/services/gov/committees/timetable/

When should minutes be submitted?

Minutes should be submitted with every pass list.

When should grids be submitted?

How long is the process?

Once a pass list is received, it will be timetabled in the next steering committee. A pass list will need to be submitted by the preceding Wednesday, in order to be prepared for the Committee meeting on the following Monday.

These awards will be considered by the Committee and if agreed, the pass list will be passed back down following the meeting for student records to code. At busy times of year this process can be extended, but as a general rule, after the decision of the committee, coding usually takes place within a week.

How do I retract an award?

Retraction Templates can be found under the templates header, these need to be submitted along with a memo of explanation to the Student Records Management Co-ordinators.
