We are always looking for quality properties located close to The University of Warwick. For your property to be taken on by us, it must be finished to a high standard. This includes minimum room sizes and features.
Larger developments should ideally have no more than five to eight bedrooms.
Communal areas must be large enough for the residents of the flat to share comfortably.
Individual bedrooms should be a minimum of 8.5m².
Rooms can be standard or en-suite.
There should be at least one cupboard per tenant in the kitchen. Where six or more students have to share a kitchen, there must be two sinks and two cookers.

Double glazed windows
All windows should have double glazing, unless the building has listed status.
